
Oxford to lead international consortium to unlock potential of programmable nucleic acid drugs

A consortium led by Matthew Wood, Professor of Neuroscience in the Department of Paediatrics and Director of the Oxford-Harrington Rare Disease Centre, has been awarded £8m of funding from UKRI, LifeArc and the Nucleic Acid Therapy Accelerator (NATA) via the Nucleic Acid Therapies (NAT) Delivery Research Challenge.
