Discovery of new nanowire assembly process could enable more powerful computer chips

Researchers from Oxford University’s Department of Materials have developed a technique to precisely manipulate and place nanowires with sub-micron accuracy. This discovery could accelerate the development of even smaller and more powerful computer chips.

Making connections in Mexico: MFin Director meets alumni in Mexico City

MFin Director, Professor Pedro Saffi, travelled to Mexico City in August. During his visit he had the chance to meet and connect with some of our Mexican alumni and new students. With a well-established CJBS alumni network in Mexico, we were delighted to host our alumni for an informal drinks’ reception in Mexico City on 16 August.  Over 20 alumni from several CJBS programmes attended the evening
