
Cambridge Independent: Life sciences and IT drove Cambridge growth in pandemic’s first year

New data covering the first full year of the pandemic (April 2020 to March 2021) identifies the life sciences and IT sectors as driving growth in the region.
The analysis from the Centre for Business Research (CBR) at Cambridge Judge Business School shows that corporate employment in the Cambridge city region (within 20 miles of the city centre) grew by 1.8 per cent overall over 2020/21, article says.
