Research on ‘pre-planned’ stock sales in the U.S. companies co-authored by Cambridge Judge’s Professor Alan Jagolinzer and colleagues is mentioned in the FT article. The paper calls for the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to reform policies relating to ‘pre-planned’ stock sales by company executives.
